I am a teacher and a perpetual student. I believe in being a work in progress, leaning heavily into the process part of progress.I believe in providing space for anyone and everyone to settle into what they need that day. I believe in movement as an opportunity to engage with our bodies and center ourselves whilst allowing the wandering mind to continue on its journey or take respite for a bit. 

HANA KONHEIM YOGA EDUCATOR, E-RYT 500, FRC®️, Laughter Yoga Teacher
My mission is to create a space to move in different and dynamic ways. To give knowledgeable guidance and offer a mindful lens to connect to our nervous system and mind.I teach a dynamic, high-energy, and mindful practice that often changes and always comes back to the foundation of yoga. It is an alignment-based practice to support what best serves you in any asana, integrating the breath, nervous system, and body.

SONJA THAYER
Is a certified yoga teacher, lifelong traveller, and passionate advocate for the transformative power of travel. With a background in New York City’s vibrant fashion industry, she has a keen eye for detail and aesthetic as well as a deep appreciation for curating and creating beautiful experiences that capture the essence of the places, culture, and people of the region. As an Italian American, Sonja feels a profound connection to Europe’s rich cultural heritage. Her retreats offer slow travel experiences that immerse participants in the local way of life, fostering authentic connections with the people and places they visit. Believing in the magic that occurs when women gather, Sonja creates supportive communities where women can share their stories, grow, and find inspiration in one another. Her retreats are not just about the destinations, but about forming meaningful connections along the journey.
